Mel's Punch Challenge

This is my first Blog Challenge, Punches where the flavour of this challenge. I haven't used punches much in the four years I have scrapped, so I thought this would be good for me to try. I think I have gone a little over board on the punches & maybe on the pink there is something about this card I don't like but can't work it out. I have been flat out this week so maybe not enough thought went into this card.

Scraping at last

It has been awhile since I have done any scrapbooking. I think because I have been having so much fun playing with all my new SU products. So I went out last week had some pic's printed up and went to Dannie's for Tuesday Scrap day. I wanted to scrap with just SU products and see what I could come up with and here are the two pages I did one 12x12 of my son Ethan & a quick 6x6 of my daughter Charlotte. I think more shopping is needed so I could add more.

Alyssa's birthday card

I have been busy making cards for all the birthdays I have this month. I am only putting the one on for show as I like how it looks with the red heart embossed onto a piece of transparency I have had for years (I finally found a use for it). I didn't know how well this was going to work as I have never ebossed onto a transparency before, but i am pretty happy with the end result. I went to Mama Mia with Dannie & Karen and was inspired by the bed spread in the movie to use these colours. I hope she likes it.
